Lemon Balm, Milky Oats, Scullcap, Mint, Chamomile and Lavender. Infused with rose quartz for self- compassion and calm deep soothing breaths. For calming nerves, a warm hug in times of anxiety, restlessness and tension. Scullcap is one of my favourite nervines. It is gentle yet powerful at calming our fight or flight response, excellent for easing muscle tension, anxiety and the on edge feeling of burnout. 

Add 1tsp (1-2grams) or more loose tea per cup of boiling water, steep covered for 10+minutes— all are wonderful with a little honey.
