A Case of the Reds made a wonderful iced tea blend for the summer. I added a little local honey to balance out the tart raspberry. I loved the look of the rose petals floating around while the brew steeped... mesmerizing!

The 3 teas I purchased from the Salmon Arm community market this year, as Jenny's kiosk were absolutely delicious. "Soothe my Frazzled Nerves" is perfect for my wind down after a stressful day at work. with it's calming lavender and lemony flavours. The "Nourishmint" tea is my weekend go to tea, with earthiness in each sip. I prefer to steep this one for a long time, for the more intense flavour. Lastly "A Case of the Reds" was my summer favourite, especially prepared cool, with ice and a dollop of honey. I am looking forward to trying new tea concoctions Jenny creates, as all of these have been so satisfying- would highly recommend any of these!

Sustainable harvesting practices are always at the top of my mind to ensure herbs available to the future generations. I grow the majority of the herbs I use- and wildcraft only a small amount of herbs that grow abundantly.
